  1. What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
    Answer: The delivery charges vary region to region and country to country. All the charges are mentioned during the checkout period. Please take a look at the charges very carefully. In case if you have got free shipping coupon, then it should be free. Usually, we do not offer FREE shipping option. In case of confusion, feel free to chat with us.
  2. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
    Answer: PayPal, one of the most trusted payment processor is used to collect the payment. Your all credit card details are safe. You are also secured with PayPal’s buyer’s protection policy. In a nearby future, our plan is to enable payment through Stripe,, and other payment gateways.
  3. How long does delivery take?
    Answer: The question is hard to answer. Usually, the order is delivered within a week period. In some case, if you have ordered for same day delivery, then you should receive the order on the same day itself provided you have applied for order before cut-off period. You can always see the same on the product page and order page. If you wish to get quicker delivery, you can always contact us and we will try to make an adjustment with our courier partner.
  4. How secure is shopping in my credit card data?
    Answer: We do not store any of your payment data like credit card number, CVV number etc. All the payment is processed through a very secure payment processor/gateway like PayPal, Stripe, etc. Gifsluv only stores data like your billing address, shipping address, order number etc.
  5. What happens once the order is processed?
    Answer: As soon as your order is successfully placed, you should receive a payment confirmation email. Usually, the following things happen in the backend
    Priority: Orders are processed based on priority. Same day delivery orders are processed first based on their cut-off time. The priority resets at 2 hours interval
    Order execution: Our order execution team executes the order by informing the vendor. The vendor receives the order number and shipping address details only.
    Tracking: Once the order is processed by the vendor, we provide tracking information to you via email.
    During this process, there are many other things happen. Let's not make the process complex by mentioning nitty-gritty of each and every process.
  6. What if I want to cancel the order?
    Answer: Order canceling is very easy. Even best of us make mistake. Just let our chat support team know about the order cancellation and we will take it from there.
